The Frederick Community College Athletic Hall of Fame has been established to enable the College to commemorate exceptional performance by individuals and teams associated with FCC athletics.  It is further intended to recognize those who have brought distinction to themselves and to FCC through their accomplishments in athletics and their contributions to their community and society.

Membership in the HOF will include induction at an annual HOF dinner/reception, inclusion on a plaque, permanently displayed in the FCC Field House, and other promotions to be determined.  Each inductee will also receive a plaque commemorating his/her membership.

Student-athletes are eligible for induction into the AHF ten years after graduation.  Administrators, coaches, and faculty must have completed their tenure on the athletic staff or at the College.  Teams that have distinguished themselves through outstanding records and/or regional or national-level accomplishments may be eligible ten or more years after the accomplishment.

In the inaugural year of the HOF, eight nominees will be inducted.  These eight members will be nominated and chosen by the HOF Selection Committee.  In the following years, up to eight members will be chosen annually by the committee, based on nominations from the community at large.  Nomination for any potential inductee must be made by completing the nomination form located here: http://fccathletics.com/information/HOF_Nomination_Form
