FREDERICK, Maryland – The Frederick Community College women's basketball team lost to CCBC Catonsville in a Region XX DII matchup on Saturday afternoon by the score of 69-44. The Cougars fall to 13-10, including 6-5 in conference action. The Cardinals sit at 14-9 overall on the season with a 6-4 conference record. The Cougars have dropped six out of their last seven contests.
Amiah Banks scored a team-high 20 points for FCC in the loss. Teammate Nia Powell chipped in with 10 points. FCC will look to get back on track on 2/29 when they play host to the Skipjacks from Chesapeake College. Tipoff is slated for 1:00 PM at the Athletics Center on the campus of FCC.
