Brant, Pick Dominate in Win Over Hawks

FREDERICK, Md. - FCC head women's soccer Joe Walker must be pleased with his team as the Cougars continue to light up the scoreboard early in the season. On Thursday afternoon, the Cougars rolled over the Hawks from Hagerstown Community College by the score of 11-0. In two games, the Cougars have outscored their opponents 21-1. FCC sits at 2-0 on the season and the Hawks drop to  1-1 on the season.

Lindsey Brant continues to dominate on the field. She scored six goals and now has 11 goals on the young season. She also registered one assist. Ally Pick dished out a game-high six assists and is off to a sensational start. Jasmine Lara, Ashley Nguyen Ally Pick, Gemma Carioti, and Zoey Lingg each tallied a goal.

Credit the FCC duo of goalies Halle Houck and Mahala Sawyers for the shutout.

FCC will hit the road on Saturday afternoon to take on Penn State Mont Alto. Ball drops at noon!
