Women's Soccer Dominates In Road Win

CATONSVILLE, Maryland – The Frederick Community College women's soccer team traveled to CCBC Catonsville on Tuesday afternoon to take on the Cardinals. The Cougars were in control from the start and won the contest by the score of 18-0. FCC is 6-1 on the season, including 2-1 in conference play. 

How It Happened

  • FCC's sophomore sensation Lindsey Brant would tally four goals in the first half. Three of the four goals were scored in the first 15 minutes of the contest.
  • Ashley Nguyen, Nicole Godoy, Ally Pick, Gemma Carioti, and Jasmine Lara each found the back of the net to make it 9-0 after 45 minutes of play.
  • Alexis Gagnon, Godoy, Pick, and Lara each recorded an assist in the first half.
  • In the second half, FCC would add nine more goals.
  • Brant would finish the contest with nine goals. Pick would tally four goals in the win, along with two assists.
