Bio

Coach Randy Jarrett began his soccer journey in his youth. He attended Boonsboro High School, where he played as a talented Midfielder. During his time there, he was fortunate to be part of a strong team that led them to the Maryland state quarterfinals in 2004. After high school, he pursued higher education at Virginia Tech, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2009. 
In 2011, Randy began his coaching career at the club level, working with various age groups, including boys and girls. His dedication and passion for the sport quickly led him to become the President of the Tuscarora Youth Soccer Club in 2012, a role he still holds with pride. In 2012 and 2013, he coached the McConnellsburg Junior High team, and under his guidance, the team achieved remarkable success, suffering only a single loss between the two seasons.
In 2014, Coach Jarrett took on the role of Boys' Coach at James Buchanan High School, where he played an instrumental role in leading the team to its first playoff run in seven years. Last fall, he continued to advance his coaching career by joining Allegany College of Maryland as the Men's Assistant Coach alongside Coach Wise. His contributions were undeniable as he helped the team achieve its highest record in over a decade. Additionally, Coach Jarrett played a pivotal role in establishing the college's first women's soccer program through his dedicated recruitment efforts.
His commitment to continuous learning and development underscores his dedication to enhancing the skills and knowledge of our players.
Randy is a devoted family man off the field, cherishing quality time with his wife and two children, aged six and one. He finds joy in pursuing personal interests, including exploring the realms of personal finance, indulging in auto racing, and passionately following Professional Football. Coach Jarrett, a self-proclaimed Virginia Tech enthusiast, brings a vibrant spirit to our soccer program.
