Pantos tames Lions in dominating performance on the hill
DUNDALK, Md. – The storyline of this game was FCC starting pitcher Nick Pantos. The hard-throwing righty turned in a stellar performance when his team needed him the most as the Cougars defeated CCBC Dundalk, 2-1. Pantos tossed a complete game to earn the victory. He gave up just two hits and improves to 3-1 on the season. The win snaps a four game skid by the Cougars.
It was a pitcher's duel as the Cougars had just three hits in the win. FCC's third baseman Brandon Austin went 2-for-3 in the victory. Mitchell Long dialed up a solo shot for FCC and his first round-tripper of the year.
