 On a beautiful afternoon at The Rick home field, the Frederick Community College Cougars baseball team wrapped up its regular season with a doubleheader split against Region 20 opponents, Garrett College. The Cougars edged the Lakers 3-2 in Game 1 before falling 10-4 in the nightcap. With the results, Frederick finishes the regular season at 45-9 overall and 26-7 in conference play, setting the stage for a postseason push beginning May 9 at home in the Region 20 DII West Final Four.
