
Cougars Dominate in Decisive Win Over Harrisburg
The Frederick Community College Cougars men's basketball delivered a commanding 95-55 win against Harrisburg Area Community College Hawks, evening their record at 3-3. The Cougars brought energy from the tip, building a 19-point halftime lead and never looking back.
Aiden Igwebe led the way with 16 points and nine rebounds, while Thierry Patchou and Al-Ameen Sanni both recorded double-digit rebounds, combining for 22 boards. Sanni recorded his first career double-double with 11 points and 13 rebounds, and Patchou dropped 13 points.
Julian Ludwig brought firepower off the bench, sinking four three-pointers en route to 14 points. Frederick controlled the game on the glass with 65 rebounds, creating extra opportunities, translating into 17 second-change points.
The Cougars were relentless on defense, forcing 22 turnovers, racking up 16 steals, and limiting the Hawks to just 25% shooting from the floor. With contributions from every corner of the roster, FCC displayed their depth as all 12 players that suited up made it into the scoring column.
