FCC Baseball Swept in DH at Harford CC
BEL AIR, Md. – The Frederick Community College baseball team hit the road Saturday morning for a MD JUCO doubleheader against Harford Community College. The Fighting Owls swept the Cougars 8-1 and 12-0 (5 innings). With the two losses, FCC falls to 9-9 (2-3 MD JUCO) on the season and the Fighting Owls sit at 15-5 (6-1 MD JUCO).

It is Naylor's third homer in two games. He is batting .373 on the year and continues to swing a hot stick in the middle of the order for FCC.
In the second game, FCC managed just two hits. Brandon Austin smacked a double and remains hot at the dish for the Cougars. Austin is hitting .341 in his freshman campaign at the hot corner for FCC.
On the hill, it was a tough day for the Cougar pitching staff. In 10 innings of work, FCC pitchers allowed 15 walks and 19 earned runs. In game one, James Beasley (1 IP, 4 H, 3 ER) was hit with the loss and falls to 1-1 on the season. In game two, Patrick Foster (1 IP, 5 H, 4 ER) went one inning and suffered the loss. He falls to 1-2 on the season.
